Southside House Collective is a collaboration of 3 DJ’s based in the southern part of Sweden.
Junior, J.J & iTod has been spinning records since the early 90’s.

This collective has some impressive achievements both as a team & on their own – winner of a large national DJ contest (Movida Corona 08), remix-release on an international label (Pacha Recordings) and warm-up or closing DJ’s for world-famous artists like David Guetta, Fedde le Grand, Axwell, Jerry Ropero, Guru Josh, Alex Gaudino, Felix Da Housecat and Benny Benassi.

On the big Ministry of Sound event in Sweden (2009) they were assigned an entirely own dance floor, an entirely own stage that Ministry called – Southside House Area! Summer 2010 they were the main artists at Copenhagen Beach Party, performing for about 10 000 people.

Their debut single, “Six feet under(PR Records)”, went straight into place 21 on the Swedish Dance Chart and  stayed in the chart for 24 weeks. Almost the same thing happened in the US – straight into number 26 on the “ZIPDj National Dance Chart”.

Soon they got asked, together with Stonebridge and Darwin & Backwall, to  remix Kato’s BIG Scandinavian hit “Turn the lights off” and also Nyman & Kaye’s “Brazil”(1/3 of Guru Josh Project) amongst others. The remix of Brazil got instant support from Denis the Menice & Mikael Weermets. Since this, the hard working trio is getting lots of questions about remixing for other artists.

Their 2:nd single “I can lead your mind(PR Records)” hit the chart at number 14. Next week it popped up to number 4!!! Currently it’s amongst the top 10 and has been for 5 weeks.
